The price list is valid only for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe.
The first transaction will be made in cash via bank transfer.
Payment will be made by direct debit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Orders will only be binding once accepted by KRO Uniforms through the issuance of an Order Confirmation. You must check the Order Confirmation and notify us immediately in writing of any errors. Otherwise, the Product description included in the Order Confirmation will become an integral part of the contract for the purchase and sale of Products and will be binding on the parties.
Not all items in this online store are available for immediate delivery. And for those that are, in the event of a stockout, you will be informed immediately of the new delivery time.
The supplier reserves the right to accept or reject an order and is obligated to inform the customer of the delivery time.
There is no minimum order quantity for the sizes and colors listed in the catalog.
Shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are paid for orders over €350 (VAT not included). In this case, the merchandise will always travel via the shipping agency selected by KRO Uniforms. For orders under this amount, shipping is €5.90 (VAT not included).
The customer is required to inform their carrier of the collection of goods when selecting their own agency.
Loss of packages by the carrier will be the sole responsibility of KRO Uniforms, when the carrier is selected by KRO Uniforms. Any loss of packages by any other carrier selected by the customer will be the customer's sole responsibility, and KRO Uniforms cannot be held liable for this.
It will be the customer's obligation to review and check the merchandise received (quality, product, color, size and quantity), regardless of where it is stored (customer's home or the selected handler's).
Claims for incomplete or incorrect orders, as well as defective materials, must be reported to KRO Uniforms within 7 days of receiving the order.
After this period, the order will be considered accepted for all purposes.
Returns of merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from KRO Uniforms. To do so, you must contact us directly. Once authorized, you will be assigned a Return Authorization Number, which you must include with your return. It is ESSENTIAL that this number be visible on the box, delivery note, or in the notes on the carrier's delivery note, as otherwise, it will not be accepted at our warehouse.
Likewise, no claims or returns will be accepted for garments that have been previously tampered with.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to the provisions of the Sales Policies and Warranty Terms, KRO Uniforms shall not be liable for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or other economic loss) arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if KRO Uniforms has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, KRO Uniforms' total liability arising from any provision of these Conditions of Sale shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the Product. These limitations shall not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited as a result of applicable law.
Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, to which you give your express consent. You may request that we not use your data for marketing purposes. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and erasure by writing to KRO Uniforms.
